The MIT Laboratory for Chocolate Science is a student group dedicated to sharing the joy and science of chocolate with the MIT community. We run regular events on campus, as well as some community outreach in Cambridge. At the Open House we will be demonstrating truffle making (with samples!) and talking about the science behind our favorite treats. Stop by for a taste of the sweetest club at MIT!
