This semester in 21H.343 “Making Books in the Renaissance and Today,” the students have been studying the impact of printing on the history of religion, cartography, and science in the Renaissance. They have also built a printing press similar to the ones used to print the great works of the Renaissance, Reformation, and Scientific Revolution from 1450-1700.
