Beginning in late February and concluding in June, MIT’s Century in Cambridge celebration featured both academic and commemorative programming. MIT invited its global community of friends, including friends and neighbors in Cambridge and beyond, to attend scheduled events, which are detailed in the listings below.

Thank you to everyone who joined in the Century in Cambridge closing festivities at Toast to Tech!
MIT alumni, faculty, students, and staff raised a glass to the next hundred years at an evening celebration that included fireworks, dancing and live music, and desserts by The Sweet Lobby and Winnette McIntosh Ambrose ’98 (winner of Cupcake Wars 2011).
