The Francis-Bitter Magnet Lab played a crucial role in the development of the field of spintronics, as well as in pointing to exciting new directions. In the Open House activity, we will briefly introduce the basic principles of spintronics and provide an insight to exciting new developments in the field currently developed in our lab.
