Stand Up Paddle Board Pilates/Yoga
Yogis and Pilates goers take your workout from the mat to the board. If you have perfected finding your balance on dry land, amp up your workout on the water! This class will incorporate yoga and Pilates moves on a stand up paddle board.
Swimsuit not required, but this activity involves swimming - please wear whatever you're comfortable in, and don't mind getting wet! Participants must know how to swim.
